You already run the community.
We'll give you the platform.

You're answering the same housing questions in your FB group every week. Someone just asked who you trust for visa work, and you're hand-typing the same WhatsApp number for the third time this month. That's the work. We'll turn it into something that compounds.

See the revenue model First 90 days fee-waived for founding partners.

Built by people who relocated to Panama and ran the math themselves.

We know what it looks like to have hundreds of trust-built relationships in a Facebook group, a phone full of vetted referrals, and zero infrastructure for any of it to compound. The first community on RHQ launched in May 2026 with this exact problem. The platform exists to solve it.

Panama-first. Costa Rica, Colombia, Mexico, and Portugal next as launches prove out.

The work you're already doing.

A trusted-referral network is the most valuable thing in a relocation community. It's also the hardest to scale.

Every new member asks the same five questions. You answer them in DMs. None of those answers compound — the next person asks again, and you type the same thing.

You know which lawyer handles residency cleanly. Which mover doesn't break things. Which agent actually returns calls. That knowledge sits in your head, and your community has no structured way to access it.

Members find homes through screenshot-and-pray. You can see them struggling but can't help at scale. The good ones leave the community before you find out they signed something they shouldn't have.

You earn from your community's growth.

RHQ and the Community Lead split provider subscription revenue on a sliding scale. The split improves as the community grows — your share gets larger the more your directory matures.

Tier Monthly subscription revenue Your share
Launch Under $5,000/mo 40%
Growth $5,000 – $25,000/mo 50%
Mature Over $25,000/mo 60%

Net of Stripe fees. Tier thresholds and percentages are negotiable per community. Founding partners are typically offered first-90-days at the next tier up.

Operating fee

Community Leads pay $99/month to RHQ for infrastructure, support, and ongoing platform investment. The fee is waived for the first 90 days and only kicks in once your community reaches 5 paying providers or 50 active members — whichever comes first. New communities ramp before they pay anything.

Payouts

Stripe Connect handles your share directly. Monthly payouts on the 5th, 1099-K at year end. You manage taxes; we manage the rails.

Phase 2: payment facilitation (opt-in)

A future phase will let the platform process member-to-provider payments directly, in exchange for a tier-dependent commission. This is opt-in per provider; until it ships, providers bill members through whatever channel they prefer. Your subscription split runs unchanged in either world.

A platform you don't have to build.

Branded subdomain

your-name.relocation-hq.com with a server-rendered marketing landing page. Your name, your photo, your community description, your voice. Edit any of it from the admin panel.

Member onboarding

Invite codes (one-time or group), a share panel that produces ready-to-send WhatsApp / Facebook / email messages, and registration toggles for invite-only or open communities.

Provider directory

Eleven categories — agent, lawyer, mover, accountant, insurance, contractor, interior designer, pet relocator, and more. Free Contact listings $0; Standard subscriptions $99/mo. Members see your trust hierarchy.

Operator Focus

Daily operational signal. Stuck members (signed up, no properties), unredeemed invites, flagged building scores. One-tap WhatsApp and email outreach on every stuck-member row.

Setup coaching

The dashboard greets you with a three-milestone setup card and walks you through your first week. When all three are done, the card swaps to a launch-ready state with your community's broadcast link and one-tap channel-share buttons.

Editable coaching content

Every help message your members see is overridable per community. Use the platform's voice or your own. Reset to default any time.

Building data, shared

Generator backup, elevator reliability, water pressure on upper floors — scored by every member across every community. Your members benefit from work other communities have already done.

Billing infrastructure

Stripe webhooks, subscription state on every user, past-due banners, your share routed via Stripe Connect. Payment plumbing you don't have to think about.

The work this won't do for you.

This is not a set-and-forget platform. The directory is your network. The community is your relationships. Software amplifies that — it doesn't replace it.

If any of this sounds like you,
let's talk.

You run a Facebook group or WhatsApp community for expats relocating to a specific market.

You answer the same questions every week. Your members trust your referrals. You have everything except the platform.

You're a relocation consultant turning a roster of clients into something that compounds.

One-on-one work doesn't scale. A platform that captures your trust hierarchy lets you serve more people without diluting the relationship.

You're a real estate professional who wants to anchor a broader community of relocation services around your work.

The Community Lead role gives you the platform — providers, members, revenue share — without building software.

You've been thinking "someone should build a directory for this market" and you're the right someone.

Founding partner positioning is real. First Community Lead in a geography gets first-mover advantage on the network we'll build together.

Operator testimonial coming after the first community's launch settles. Until then, talk to us directly — we'll connect you with our first launched Community Lead so you can hear what the first 30 days actually looked like.

Honest about what's live and what's next.

The platform is in Phase 1. Some capabilities described in the operator handbook are scheduled for Phase 2 and Phase 3. We'd rather tell you that up front than have you discover it after you've signed up.

Run the math. Then let's talk.

The right next step is a thirty-minute conversation. We'll walk through your community, answer the questions the page didn't, and figure out together if this is a fit.

The research layer comes free.

Scout And Move is the public knowledge layer behind the platform — 63 Panama City neighborhoods mapped with building-level walkability, 408 buildings catalogued, 22 practical guides. Your members get this for free, and the data flows into their tracking app on day one.

The same model rolls out to other markets as new communities launch. If your community covers a different geography, talk to us about what the research layer would look like there.
